Mission: To install (retrofit) original factory bluetooth system.

The BMW 1 Series (2011) came from the factory without the option of Bluettooh. BMW could not install the BT option, we successfully installed the ORIGINAL BMW system including full coding of the car. This car had the Business Profeesional radio installed, but we can also install if I-Driver was fitted.

We can fully install (retrofit) a double din sat nav system into the BMW e90 E91 E92, the finish is superb. We fully integrate with the original steering wheel controls (including the phone button to answer call!). All factory parking sensors continue to work. And most important the car will NOT HAVE any errors on the diagnostic systems when you visit BMW for a service. This is very important as no updates or servicing of car can be completed if installed incorrectly!

The original BMW business Pro radio had not be fitted with Bluetooth system, we retrofitted the original BMW BT which fully worked to manufactures spec. Car was fully coded (we use BMW diagnostic systems).

Mission: To install (retrofit) BMW CIC navigation system

This car came with no navigation from factory, we retrofitted the original BMW CIC hard disc navigation system as per factory spec. 

All coding & FSC codes are as per BMW factory option, no external PCB boards used.

BMW  5 Series  E60 E61 2007 Build date

Mission: To install (retrofit) original factory comfort seats.

The BMW 5 series had basic BMW seats, the customer supplied some used comfort seats for us to install. We modified the original BMW seat harness to adapt to the new seats, in addition we reworked the harness for the Airbag system (the new seats have active head rests). Once this was all done we coded the BMW for comfort seats & updated the cars software fully.

BMW E70 E71 X5 X6 (General ALL CARS)

We upgraded (retrofitted) the NEW LCI style White LED angel eye rings to the BMW X5, no more mucky yellow rings. The new clear and bright white LEDS look great.

Mission: To install (retrofit) original BMW CIC system.

The orginal BMW MASK system was removed, we then installed the BMW CIC system to the car. This included full CIC hardware, new controller plus panels. The CIC was fully coded to the car & the navigation was activated using ORIGINAL FSC codes from BMW (never use emulation boards these are full of issues).

The BMW X5  (e70) basic BMW seats without any heated seats. We fully retrofitted the original BMW heated seat system as per factory specification. Full control as per BMW spec, we coded and upgraded the car via diagnostics.

X5 (E70)

2009

On this car we retrofitted the BMW rear parking sensors as per factory specification. This included the Optical display, fully coded in house with our BMW diagnostic systems.

On this car we fully upgraded the factory speakers with a BMW OEM HIFI upgrade. We replaced the door speakers and  added the tweeters in the door corners. In addition we added a BMW amplifier to amp these speakers and the original BMW subwoofers in the car. It must be noted this system is fully original and keeps the car in a perfect state (no holes / cut wires). We also coded the car with the correct codes to keep any future garage visits a pleasant one.

We use our own in house BMW diagnostic coding and update systems.

In addition to this we fitted an iPOD adapter to control the iPOD from the BMW Business radio, this charged the iPod, or an iPhone, and is controlled with full display feedback on the radio (ie you can control and see iPod features on the radio). 

Customer wanted to add an iPod playback to their BMW Business Radio in their BMW Z4. We installed an iPod adapter which controls an iPod, or iPhone and charges at the same time. 

On this BMW (R1200) bike we installed a tracking system & some DRLs (day running lights).

Mission: Deactivate Seat Belt safety reminder

We reprogrammed car to remove the original seat belt reminder system as the car was being shipped to another country.

BMW X5 E70 2008

Mission: To install BMW DVD changer & enable TV on the move+ LED Angel light conversion.

We removed the old BMW 6 CD changer, we replaced this with a BMW DVD/CD changer, this enables the playback of DVD & CD formats on the I-Drive screen. In addition we removed the lock to enable the passenger to watch the TV or DVD on the move. We also enabled Region 2 & 4 & 1 on the DVD for full multi region use.

Also the car had our famous Angel Eye upgrade, the horrible yellow rings had the NEW LED lux angel eyes fitted for a bright white LED look. These are the only LED conversion we do, correct brightness and NO radio interference.

Mission: To Retrofit BMW Combox for bluetooth & App function

In this BMW we retrofitted the BMW COMBOX, this gives full iPOD control with full Bluetooth support. In addition the new APP function (6NR) was active.

On this car we retrofitted a DAB radio.

Mission: To retrofit Pioneer Touch screen Infotainment system

This BMW had a basic Business radio fitted, we installed a Pioneer AVIC-940BT touch screen system and fully integrated the system into the BMWs complex car systems. The original BMW steering wheel controls were fully integrated, to include the phone button on the wheel.

We also coded the BMW to clear any errors that would normally be present when you remove the original radio.

Mission: To fold Mirrors from the cars remote control

If you have factory folding mirrors we can reprogram the car to allow the mirrors to fold and open via the cars original remote control.

Available for most BMW cars.  

The new BMW mini R56 has a very integrated radio system stopping you the customer from adding your own systems to the car. The other problem a radio replacement would cause is the failure of any BMW diagnostic system being able to communicate with the car.
We can now over ride this, so your car will have no problem at any BMW garage.

The customer had a new 3g iPhone and wanted to use the iPhone handsfree via the BMW infotainment system(CID display) & control via I-Drive & steering wheel controls. The customer also wanted to use an iPod & charge the new 3g iPhone via BMW's I-Drive control. Our solution? Mission: To Upgrade the original speaker system

The basic X5 speaker system is very poor, we offer many speaker upgrades to include new door speakers (upgrading to HIfi speaker audio system) the addition of BMW amplifier and the upgrading of the BMW subwoofers under the front seats. In addition we add tweeters in the front and optionally in the rear pillar section. Looks factory & is fully coded to the car.

The customer wanted us to retrofit a Pioneer Touch Screen Navigation system to his BMW 3 Series.The Pioneer AVIC-F940BT has great features including Nav / USB / iPhone App mode / iPod / Bluetooth and much more.  Read the questions the customer had and our answers:

Q. Will my car have any issues with BMW servicing if I remove my original radio?
A. The answer would be yes if the radio is removed BUT we program the car to ignore that the radio is missing so any BMW visits will be pain free.

Q. What happens to my control buttons for Parking sensors and heated seats?
A. These buttons are relocated to the ashtray area (see picture).

Q. Will my parking sensors & instrument clusters gongs (audible warnings) continue to work after the BMW radio is removed?
A. Yes they will, we fully understand the BMW systems and re-program the car to allow for all the changes, this keeps ALL functions working as they should.

Q. Will my steering wheel controls work with the new radio and that includes my phone button?

5 series E61

Mission: Diagnostics and rectify no remote keys or radio reception

The common issues on the E61 are that the cars remote alarm key failed to work and the radio reception on FM and MW was very poor.

BMW in their wisdom placed the amplifier for all these functions in the outer part of the cars tailgate and the wires run via the tailgates hinges. The wires corrode and break which causes amplifier issues.

BMW dealers normally quote for a new amplifier and car harness but we can repair the parts at a fraction of the cost.

Mission: To retrofit BMW Apps & internet

The customer had a 2012 BMW 7 (F01/F02), he wanted to add BMW APPS 6NR option and BMW internet 614 to allow full use of his combox.

We updated the CIC software level & installed the correct wiring for his pre-installed cradle, we then coded and activated both options.

We used the official BMW FSC code to finish the job. What a great system, full use of APPS via I-Drive and internet access (google) via I-Drive system. Emails & texts on the move what else do you need!

In addition we coded the car so that the TV works on the move (including DVD) and removed seatbelt reminder.

Mission: to retrofit factory BT (bluetooth)

The customer had ordered the BMW X3 (F25) via a main dealer and the car was optioned for Bluetooth but it was missed off on delivery! So he came to us to get the factory Bluetooth retrofitted to his X3.

We installed the BMW bluetooth and coded the car and it works just as intended via the BMW screen and I-Drive controller. Another happy customer.

Make: Touring E91

Problem: The customer reported that his BMW 3 touring had poor radio reception (on FM and MW) and he also reported issues with his remote control not responding. In addition the BMW bluetooth system would not work with his Apple iPhone 5. Job The radio reception and key fob issue was traced to the cars Amplifier and cable section that is located under the rear spoiler; we removed the spoiler and replaced the amplifer with a new unit. The main harness was also damaged, BMW would only supply a whole new harness ata silly price so we repaired the harness with custom cable looms. Once the amplifier was fitted we coded the car and tested, the Am and FM signal reception was now perfect. And his remote alarm keys worked fine from any distance. The next job was to sort out the factory Bluetooth system, it was quite old and needed a full software update which we completed via the MOST ring. Once updated we coded the bluetooth unit and tested. The iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 now worked fine. Job done.
