The latest VW Transporter 6.1 provides many technical challenges when deciding to upgrade the OEM factory system. However, it can be done!  In this example, Cartronics installed the latest Pioneer wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto system, with DAB radio and Bluetooth.

The head unit was installed ensuring that the steering wheel controls were fully integrated, as well as retaining the car’s settings, menus and factory reversing cameras.  Cartronics installations are unique in that they do not leave factory errors when upgrading / updating in-car entertainment systems.
