Excellent service. They managed to carry out very complex wiring modifications to integrate a new head unit on my Porsche 911. The showroom and workshop looked clean and well organised. I’m very fussy about my car, and it came back as if nobody had ever touched it, no scratches on the interior. Will definitely use Cartronics again

Well, after buying a Mercedes E Class convertible in April the head unit failed in 4 weeks rendering the Sat nav, cd, clock, Bluetooth and radio inoperable. This car has had 2 visits to non Mercedes garages and 4 to a main dealer all without success.Out of desperation I contacted Cartronics and they said they could fix it - the first to say that. True to his word Mark got it fixed. Additionally he spoke to our warranty company and consequently we obtained the limit of our warranty towards the repair and reprogramming as Mercedes had ceased production of the head unit. At all times Mark and Cartronics were professional and kind to my wife and I. The work was expensive but they did what Mercedes itself couldn’t. Brilliant outfit would thoroughly recommend them.

We decided to try to fix the damaged amplifier and found Cartronics. We could not be happier with the incredible service. The amplifier works, the price was fair, and the communication was clear and prompt.

Was losing all audio on my ‘63 reg Volvo S80 Executive some 30 seconds after start up. Several technicians, including an authorised Volvo dealer were relatively certain that the amplifier was at fault but could not be certain. As the amp had to be linked to the actual car, once fitted, it could not be removed, therefore, this was a risky and potentially high cost solution. Cartronics diagnosed the issue with certainty as a failure of the printed circuit module at a cost of some £480 + VAT plus £150 diagnostic charge and the standard £75 for linking to the dedicated Volvo software. Not a cheap repair but far less risky than purchasing a new amp at some £1,200 only to find that it could have been another component that was at fault. Mark was excellent throughout. It did take three weeks to repair, due to the Easter break and accessing the relevant part but patience is a virtue and all works well now. Thank you Mark and the team for a very professional repair.

I had Apple CarPlay fitted by Cartronic on my 2007 Jag XK. I have used the system every day for 2 years without a flaw. The car looks as it did with no unsightly modifications but has modern technology (Google maps, Spotify etc). It's been brilliant, and I could not recommend them highly enough.

Excellent dedication to tackling my inoperative Peugeot Coupe 407 GPS, Radio and CD telematics head unit, over 15 years old, no longer serviced nor supported by Peugeot nor the manufacturer. Whilst supply chain issues during Covid prevented their access to parts and electronic chips, a world wide problem, they persevered. They more than fully stood by their guarantee on an after sales issue, which was fully resolved providing me with several options in a very genuine and caring manner. My 2015 Honda CRV satnav/radio failed and the Honda Dealer could only offer replacement at a cost of £4k. Second time using CarTronics, this time having a new Sony head unit and rear camera installed on my car.Although I know there are cheaper alternatives to complete the installation - I will always choose Cartronics. Their work is completed to the highest standard and I am happy to part my hard earned cash with them. Cartronics installed a Sony (Android Auto) unit in my 2005 MINI Cooper S convertible. It was a bespoke job because the unit is a 2-DIN and the slot 1-DIN, so they had to drop the aircon controls and switch block down the console stack. They did an absolutely first-class job of it. Very tidy, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.

Been twice, once for Audio setup to correct a previously poorly installed aftermarket head unit, and once to install some vehicle diagnostic and timing equipment.
