Mission: Upgrade radio / navigation to double din touch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay
This customer wanted to upgrade their Porsche Carrera 4S (991/911) with a new entertainment system that allowed them to connect their iPhone and stream media via bluetooth.
They opted for the latest double din unit from Pioneer with Apple CarPlay. This meant they could utilise the operating system of their phone via the touch screen without hassle.
Not only could they stream their music, but they could also have their text messages read out loud, answer and make phone calls, listen to their podcasts and audiobooks, as well navigate the roads with incredible ease. Looking up addresses is no longer a chore with Apple's interface and Pioneer's touchscreen.
Cartronics seamlessly integrated the unit into the vehicle and the end result looked fantastic.
